Games Global is the Isle of Man games supplier that took over Microgaming’s casino game catalogue in 2022. If you’ve played Mega Moolah, Immortal Romance or Thunderstruck II in the last few years, the game came from Games Global, even if your casino still files it under Microgaming. The company doesn’t run casinos: it builds games through a network of exclusive studios and supplies them to hundreds of operators.
Below we cover the owner, the Microgaming deal, the 1,300+ proprietary games and the studios behind Games Global slots, Games Global RTP, jackpots, demos, licences and how to choose the best Games Global casinos. Our sources are the company’s site and press releases, its 2024 SEC filing and the regulator registers, all checked on 17 October 2026.
Short answer: the company owns some of online gambling’s best-known slots and the long-running Mega Moolah and WowPot! jackpot networks, and its group holds active UK and Malta licences.
Its weak spot is transparency. It publishes no RTP list even though casinos can choose between RTP versions of its games, its ownership runs through an Isle of Man trust, and its jackpots are funded and paid by a company outside its own group.
Games Global at a glance (checked 17 October 2026)
What Is Games Global?
Games Global Limited describes itself as a developer, distributor and marketer of casino-style games. It’s a business-to-business supplier: casinos license its games, and you play them on the casino’s site. Its 2024 SEC filing said it supplied its games to more than 350 iGaming operators, directly or through resellers, and in August 2026 the company said its content reaches more than 650 casino brands worldwide.
The company was incorporated in the Isle of Man on 8 July 2021 and, according to that filing, began operating on 1 April 2022. Its head office is at 62 Circular Road in Douglas, and its August 2026 Modern Slavery Statement says it employs more than 1,000 people in places including the Isle of Man, the UK, Malta, South Africa, Brazil and the United States.
The December 2021 leadership announcement named Walter Bugno, formerly of IGT and Lottomatica, as chief executive and Tim Mickley as chief financial officer. Andy Booth, Microgaming’s former Director of Games, became chief product officer. The 2024 filing names M. Gavin Isaacs as chairman.
It also runs Games Global PLUS, an aggregation platform set up in 2022 that distributes other studios’ games, such as Hacksaw Gaming, Wazdan and Playson. Those aren’t its own titles, which is one reason game counts for the company vary so much online.
Games Global and Microgaming: What Changed in 2022
Microgaming announced on 15 November 2021 that it would sell its Quickfire business to Games Global. The deal closed in early May 2022, when the new company launched publicly. In its own words, it took over Microgaming’s distribution business, its game IP, its progressive jackpot network and interests in a range of game studios. No price was disclosed.
Microgaming kept its platform systems and services and its sports-betting software, which it licenses to Betway. Here’s where each part of the old business sits now:
| Part of the old Microgaming business | Where it sits now |
|---|---|
| Game catalogue and IP (Mega Moolah, Immortal Romance, Thunderstruck) | Games Global |
| Quickfire content distribution and the casino customer network | Games Global |
| Interests in game studios | Games Global |
| Progressive jackpot network | Games Global runs the games; Jumbo Jackpots, an Apricot subsidiary, administers, funds and pays the jackpots (2024 F-1/A) |
| Games platform used to distribute the games | Owned, customised and maintained by Apricot Investments, per the 2024 F-1/A |
| Sports-betting software | Microgaming (licensed to Betway) |
The company that matters most here is Apricot Investments Limited. Trade press reported in June 2018 that Microgaming Software Systems Ltd had renamed itself Apricot Investments. The 2024 F-1/A describes Apricot as the company’s largest customer, at 50.2% of revenue in the nine months to 31 December 2023, as the owner of the games platform it relies on, as a reseller of its games to some operators and as the parent of Jumbo Jackpots.
The filing itself doesn’t use the Microgaming name: it describes the 2022 deal as buying Quickfire Limited from Apricot and the game IP from Fusion Holdings, which had licensed it exclusively to Apricot. According to the filing, Jumbo Jackpots oversees the administration, funding and payout of the progressive jackpots. When a player wins, Jumbo Jackpots must pay the operator, and the operator pays the player.
Are Microgaming Slots Now Games Global Games?
Yes, for the classic catalogue. Many players still search for “Microgaming slots”, and casino lobbies still use the old label, but Mega Moolah, Immortal Romance, Thunderstruck II, Break Da Bank Again and the rest of that back catalogue are now Games Global games. A website under the Microgaming name, microgaming.io, is still online. We found no public explanation of how it relates to the 2022 sale, so we don’t speculate about it here.

Who Owns Games Global?
Games Global is privately owned. According to its 2024 F-1/A filing, Zinnia Limited, its parent company, owned 100% of its ordinary shares before the planned listing. Zinnia Limited is controlled through the Zinnia Trust, which is managed by Curlan Limited, whose sole shareholder is Suntera (IOM) Limited. The filing names two Curlan directors as exercising ultimate investment and voting control over Zinnia.
The filing names Martin Moshal as the economic beneficiary of the Zinnia Trust, while stating that he has no right to control the trust or to vote its shares; that control sits with Curlan’s directors. The filing also says he is the named beneficiary of separate, unaffiliated trusts that control Apricot Investments.
The same filing names Fusion Holdings Limited, a private Isle of Man company, as the former parent whose game-development business was carved out in 2021. Claims elsewhere that a listed company owns it aren’t supported by the filing, and we found no later ownership update in the sources we checked.
Games Global IPO: The 2024 NYSE Filing That Was Withdrawn
The company filed a public F-1 registration with the US SEC on 16 April 2024 to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker GGL (not to be confused with Germany’s GGL gambling regulator). The amended terms offered 14.5 million shares at $16 to $19: 6 million new shares and 8.5 million from the selling shareholder. On 13 May 2024 it asked the SEC to withdraw the registration, citing “current market conditions” in its withdrawal letter.
The filing gave the first public look at the numbers. Revenue was €306.9 million in the year to 31 March 2023, up from €168.3 million a year earlier, with a profit of €107.8 million. In the nine months to 31 December 2023, revenue was €273.2 million, and Canada and the UK made up about 33.1% and 24.4% of underlying gross gaming revenue. We found no new SEC filing since. This is background, not investment advice.
Games Global Games: How Many, and What Kinds?
Games Global says it has more than 1,300 proprietary games. That’s the figure on its website and in its 2024 SEC filing, which described them as developed over about 20 years. You’ll also see “over 3,000”, for example in its 2022 launch release and its August 2026 Modern Slavery Statement. The filing explains the gap: larger counts include multiple skins (variants of the same game) and third-party titles, while its own games total over 1,300. So we use 1,300+.
The full range of Games Global casino games goes well beyond online slots. The company lists table games, video bingo, video poker and crash games, and its live casino and game-show content comes from OnAir Entertainment. The company said it launched over 240 titles in 2023, and its filing reported about 60 new game variants a month in the nine months to December 2023.
| Game type | Examples | Studio |
|---|---|---|
| Video slots | Immortal Romance II, Thunderstruck II, 12 Masks of Fire | Stormcraft Studios, Games Global Portfolio, Gameburger Studios |
| Progressive jackpot slots | Mega Moolah, Wheel of Wishes, 9 Masks of Fire King Millions | Games Global Portfolio, Alchemy Gaming and others |
| Megaways | Mega Moolah Megaways | Gameburger Studios |
| Video poker | 13 exclusive titles when the studio signed in 2024 | Flip Five Gaming |
| Video bingo | Video bingo games | Neko Games |
| Arcade and instant win | Arcade-style and instant-win games | Coin Machine Gaming |
| Live casino and game shows | Live blackjack, roulette, auto roulette, Travel Fever | OnAir Entertainment |
Games Global Live Casino: OnAir Entertainment
OnAir Entertainment makes the company’s live casino and game shows. iGaming Business describes it as the company’s “select studio” for live casino, and the company’s 2024 filing shows OnAir as a partnered studio rather than an in-house one. Live tables are still a small part of a catalogue that, by the filing’s account, earns the vast majority of its revenue from slots.
Reported operator deals include Betsson Group (December 2023: blackjack, roulette, auto roulette and the game show Travel Fever), Kindred Group, Rootz (including Casino Hold’em, Nexus Roulette and Card Matchup) and LeoVegas Group. For LeoVegas, OnAir launched exclusive roulette tables in December 2024 and three live blackjack tables in February 2025, offered in markets including the UK, Sweden, the Netherlands and Ontario. Compare dedicated live casino studios on our hub.
The Studios Behind Games Global Slots
Studio numbers depend on where you look. The 2024 F-1/A counted 40 studios with exclusive rights: 24 in-house and 16 partnered studios outside the group that develop only for it. The website now says “40+ in-house and partnered studios”. Its Studios page, when we checked on 17 October 2026, showed 34 entries, one of which is a card for the classic Games Global Portfolio rather than a studio. The filing describes a portfolio studio that manages and upgrades legacy games.
They differ mainly because of timing and scope: the filing is a December 2023 snapshot, newer studios such as Oi Studios (announced May 2025) and Deep Stake Games (founded 2025) have arrived since, and some studios named in company press, such as Switch Studios, aren’t on the page.
| Region | Studios | Known for |
|---|---|---|
| Europe | All For One Studios, Almond Gaming, Deep Stake Games, Foxium, Just For The Win, Nailed It! Games, Northern Lights Gaming, On Air Entertainment, Snowborn Games, Wishbone | POWER COMBO (All For One); Golden Fields (Just For The Win); live casino and game shows (On Air Entertainment) |
| Africa | Alchemy Gaming, Aurum Signature Studios, Bao Pop Games, Buck Stakes Entertainment, Coin Machine Gaming, Flip Five Gaming, Half Pixel Studios, Hammertime Games, Slingshot Studios, Stormcraft Studios, plus the Games Global Portfolio card | Wheel of Wishes (Alchemy); Stormcraft is the team behind Immortal Romance, Thunderstruck and Mega Moolah, per the company |
| North America | AreaVegas Games, Circular Arrow, Fortune Factory Studios, Gameburger Studios, Neon Valley Studios, Oros Gaming, PearFiction Studios, SpinPlay Games, Triple Edge Studios | Area Link (AreaVegas); Gold Blitz (Fortune Factory); 12 Masks of Fire and Fishin' Pots of Gold (Gameburger) |
| Australia | High Limit Studios, Infinity Dragon Studios, Oi Studios | Oi Studios announced in May 2025 |
| South America | Neko Games | Video bingo |
Games Global Awards and Industry Recognition

- CasinoBeats Game Developer Awards 2024: five accolades for Fortune Factory, Stormcraft (Slot to Watch, for Immortal Romance II), AreaVegas and a PearFiction composer, according to the company.
- SBC Awards Europe 2025: Casino Supplier of the Year.
How to Recognise a Games Global Game
Casino lobbies don’t label games consistently. Some still file the classic titles under Microgaming, others under Games Global or the individual studio. A few clues help:
- Jackpot branding: Mega Moolah, WowPot!, King Millions, Lotsaloot and Jackpot Madness are all Games Global jackpot networks.
- Series names: the long-running sagas (Immortal Romance, Thunderstruck, Avalon, Break Da Bank) and series such as Gold Blitz, POWER COMBO and Area Link belong to the company.
- Studio names: if the lobby credits Stormcraft, Gameburger, Alchemy Gaming, Fortune Factory, Just For The Win or another studio from the table above, it’s one of the company’s games.
- Third-party content: Hacksaw, Wazdan or Playson games may reach a casino through Games Global PLUS, but they’re those studios’ games.
Slot Series and Features: Gold Blitz, Area Link and More
Much of the newer output comes in series, where a studio reuses a core feature across many themes. Knowing the feature tells you more about a game than its title does.
| Series | Studio | How it plays |
|---|---|---|
| Gold Blitz | Fortune Factory Studios | Fortune Factory debuted the mechanic in Mask of Amun in 2022 and released the first Gold Blitz-branded title in December 2022. In Gold Blitz Extreme (December 2023) a Blitz symbol on reel 1 or 6 collects all cash symbols, and three bonus symbols offer a choice of free spins or up to seven Gold Blitz super spins. Trade press lists up to 5,500x the stake and a bonus-buy option, where permitted. |
| Area Link | AreaVegas Games | A lock-and-respin feature with cash-value fireballs and three respins. In Area Link Dragon (May 2024) each fireball colour cracks one of four dragon eggs, each starting a different bonus, and filling the grid wins the grand jackpot. Earlier titles include Area Link Piggy Bank, Phoenix and Luck (company press). |
| POWER COMBO | All For One Studios | Two POWER COMBO games are in the company's 2026 top 20. We couldn't verify how the feature works from a primary source, so we don't describe it. |
| 4Tune Reels | Various | Used on re-releases such as Break Da Bank Again Mega Moolah 4Tune Reels (company press, August 2024). |
CasinoBeats reported in December 2024 that 32 titles used the Gold Blitz concept, and Eilers-Fantini data it published ranked Gold Blitz Extreme fourth by US gross gaming revenue in April 2024. Mega Moolah Megaways, released by Gameburger in December 2023, shows the classics being rebuilt on newer mechanics too.
Best Games Global Slots: Which Game Suits Which Player?
The best Games Global slots depend on what you want from a game, so there’s no single winner. The table matches well-known Games Global slots to player types. RTP, volatility and max win figures are third-party numbers commonly listed by game databases, not the developer’s own, and your casino may run a different RTP version, so check the paytable before you play.
| Game (year) | Studio | RTP (commonly listed) | Volatility | Max win (commonly listed) | Suits |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Mega Moolah (2006) | Games Global Portfolio (originally Microgaming) | 88.12% base; about 93.42% with jackpot share | Low to medium (sources differ) | Jackpots; base-game cap varies by source | Small-stake jackpot hunters who accept a low base return |
| Immortal Romance (2011) | Games Global Portfolio (originally Microgaming) | 96.86% | Medium to high (sources differ) | 12,150x | Players who like unlocking bonus features over time |
| Thunderstruck II (2010) | Games Global Portfolio (originally Microgaming) | 96.65% | High | 8,000x | Players who enjoy bonus levels that save progress |
| Break Da Bank Again (2008) | Games Global Portfolio (originally Microgaming) | 95.43% | High | Not verified | Fans of simple, classic-style slots |
| Immortal Romance II (2024) | Stormcraft Studios | 96.3% | High | 15,000x | Fans of the original who want a higher ceiling |
| Book of Oz (2018) | Triple Edge Studios | 96.31% | High | 5,000x | "Book" mechanic fans |
| Avalon III (2025) | Stormcraft Studios | Not published | High (company) | 5,000x (company) | Fans of the Avalon saga |
Stormcraft says Thunderstruck II was the first multi-bonus slot to save your progress. Wheel of Wishes, the game behind the company’s record WowPot! jackpot, is covered in the jackpots section below.

Games Global RTP: What We Could and Couldn't Verify
Games Global doesn’t publish an RTP list, and we found no RTP policy page on its website. Its 2024 SEC filing does explain how RTP works commercially: each game title comes in several certified variants, and operators choose the variant they want, including by RTP percentage. The filing gives no actual figures. So every Games Global RTP figure you see online, including ours, comes from game databases and review sites, not from the developer.
Games Global RTP Variants: Why Your Casino's Figure Can Differ
According to the filing, customers can pick game variants by features such as bet limits, volatility, multipliers, local regulatory requirements and RTP percentage, and each variant is certified individually. In practice the same slot can pay back differently at two casinos. Some databases show this: Immortal Romance appears in one with a range from 92.10% to 96.86%.
Because operators choose the variant, a casino may not pick the highest RTP. The only figure that counts is the one shown inside the game where you play, which is why we list “commonly listed” figures rather than a single official number.
Mega Moolah RTP: Why There Are Two Figures
Mega Moolah shows why one game can carry two numbers. It’s commonly listed at 88.12% for the base game, and at about 93.42% once you add the share of each stake that feeds the progressive jackpots, roughly 5.3%. Both figures come from third-party reviews. Either way, the return is well below that of many modern video slots, because part of every spin funds a jackpot that very few players will ever win.
Versions differ, too. SlotCatalog lists Book of Mega Moolah at 92.01% and Mega Moolah 4Tune Reels at 90.30%, against 88.12% for the original, so check which version your casino offers.
Games Global Slots With the Highest Listed RTP
Game databases list some older and lower-profile titles in the catalogue with RTPs above 97%. These are third-party figures that we haven’t checked against the developer, and a casino may run a different variant. Treat them as a starting point, not a recommendation.
| Slot | Listed RTP | Volatility | Max win |
|---|---|---|---|
| Xcalibur | 97.62% | Low | 1,000x |
| Retro Reels: Extreme Heat | 97.50% | Medium | Listed in coins only |
| Party Island | 97.50% | Low | 3,375x |
| Lucky Riches Hyperspins | 97.49% | Low | 480x |
| Couch Potato | 97.43% | Medium | 1,500x |
At the other end, the same database lists Break Da Bank Again Mega Moolah 4Tune Reels at 86.70%, a reminder that jackpot versions of a game usually return less than the standard version.
How to Check Games Global RTP at Your Casino
-
Step 1
Open the game at the casino where you plan to play.
-
Step 2
Tap the menu or info (i) button and open the paytable or game rules.
-
Step 3
Look for "RTP", "return to player" or "theoretical return". On jackpot games, check whether the figure includes the jackpot contribution.
-
Step 4
Compare it with the commonly listed figure. If it's lower, the casino has probably chosen a lower RTP variant.
-
Step 5
If you can't find an RTP anywhere, ask customer support, or play at a casino that shows it.
Games Global Jackpots: Mega Moolah, WowPot! and Record Wins
Jackpots are central to the brand. Its networks include Mega Moolah, WowPot!, King Millions, Lotsaloot, Mzansi Moolah and Jackpot Madness, plus Maple Moolah, which is ring-fenced for Ontario. The main ones:
- Mega Moolah: launched in November 2006, with four tiers (Mini, Minor, Major and Mega) won on a randomly triggered jackpot wheel. The company says it raised the Mega starting seed to €2 million after taking over the network in 2022, and that Mega Moolah had paid over a billion in total prizes by June 2025.
- WowPot!: debuted in early 2020 with Alchemy Gaming’s Wheel of Wishes. It has four tiers, with the top one seeded at €2 million, and the company says it had paid more than €225 million to 5.3 million players by January 2024.
- King Millions: launched on 31 July 2023 with 9 Masks of Fire King Millions; its top two pots are seeded at €1 million and €2 million.
- Lotsaloot: a three-tier, fast-hitting jackpot that runs across the company’s whole library, unveiled in February 2025.
- Jackpot Madness: launched on 4 August 2026. Operators opt in, it has six pots in four tiers, and two of those tiers, Mania and Mayhem, are guaranteed to drop before a value the operator sets.
Who pays a jackpot matters. Under the arrangement described in the 2024 F-1/A, Jumbo Jackpots, a subsidiary of Apricot, funds and pays the progressive jackpots. If it failed to pay, the filing says, the company could be liable to its customers, with recourse against Jumbo Jackpots. That’s a point about structure, not a sign of trouble: we found no reports of an unpaid Mega Moolah or WowPot! jackpot in the sources we checked.
| Date | Game | Prize | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| October 2015 | Mega Moolah | £13.2 million (about €17.8 million) | Betway UK player; Betway says it held the Guinness World Record for largest online slot payout |
| 14 April 2021 | Book of Atem WowPot! | Over £15.1 million | First WowPot! Mega jackpot, from a £0.80 bet |
| 2021 (reported May 2021) | Absolootly Mad: Mega Moolah | Over €19.4 million | Belgian player; a Mega Moolah-branded game, not the original |
| 20 December 2023 | Wheel of Wishes (WowPot!) | €38,461,200.95 | Largest online slot jackpot ever, according to the company (euro-equivalent figure) |
| 24 December 2023 | Book of Mega Moolah | €13,528,145.61 | Betway player, from a €20 bet |
| March 2024 | Mega Moolah | €6,689,308 | From a €3 bet |
| June 2025 | Mega Moolah | £11,498,211 | Betfred player, on the original game |
| May 2026 | King Millions | Over £1 million each | Three William Hill players, over £3.15 million combined |
Games Global says the €38.46 million WowPot! win on Wheel of Wishes is the largest jackpot ever awarded on an online slot, beating the €19.4 million Mega Moolah-branded record of 2021. That’s the company’s claim: its release gives the amount as a euro equivalent, doesn’t mention a Guinness certification, and we found no independent confirmation of it as a world record. Note too that the 2021 record came from a Mega Moolah variant, so headlines about “Mega Moolah’s record” don’t always mean the original game.
Progressive jackpots are long shots. The company doesn't publish the odds of hitting each tier, and part of every stake funds the prize pool, so the base game pays back less. Treat a jackpot spin as entertainment with money you can afford to lose, never as a way to make money.
If chasing a jackpot stops being fun, take a break and use the tools and free support listed in our Responsible Gambling guide. Online gambling is for adults aged 18 and over (older in some places).
Games Global Demo: How to Play the Games for Free
The easiest way to try Games Global slots such as Mega Moolah, Immortal Romance and Thunderstruck II is in demo mode in our game reviews: every game review on FAQsino includes a free demo where the studio allows it.
A Games Global demo uses play money. Wins have no cash value, nothing you win can be withdrawn, and a demo can’t win you a real jackpot. Demo results don’t predict real-money results either. In Great Britain, UKGC-licensed casinos must verify your age before you can play free versions of their games, so expect to register and confirm your identity first. A demo is also a safe way to see how a game’s free spins and bonus rounds trigger before you ever stake real money.
How to Try a Games Global Demo Safely
-
Step 1
Open the Casino Games section on FAQsino and find the game's review by name or studio.
-
Step 2
Demos are for adults only. If you play at a casino instead, expect to register and complete age verification, which UK-licensed casinos require before any free play.
-
Step 3
Start the demo in the game review. Every game review on FAQsino includes a free demo where the studio allows it.
-
Step 4
Not every game is available in demo mode in every country.
-
Step 5
Use the demo to learn the features, paytable and RTP shown, then check the RTP inside the game at your casino, which may run a different setting.
Games Global Licences and Regulators
Games Global Operations Limited holds an active UK Gambling Commission licence under account 58841. The UKGC public register lists two remote licences, Gambling Software and Game Host (Casino), both running since 15 February 2022. The company also holds a Malta Gaming Authority licence through Prima Networks Limited, a subsidiary it bought outright in May 2022.
The company’s own Licenses page lists 18 regulators, including Gibraltar, Sweden’s Spelinspektionen, Denmark’s Spillemyndigheden, Spain, Ontario’s AGCO, Romania, Belgium, Greece, Alderney and five US states. In its 2024 filing it said it was licensed or certified in 20 jurisdictions. We’ve checked the UKGC and MGA licences on the regulators’ own registers; the others below are as the company lists them.
| Regulator | Licence holder | What we found | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| UK Gambling Commission | Games Global Operations Limited | Account 58841: Gambling Software and Game Host (Casino), remote, from 15 February 2022 | Active (checked on the register) |
| Malta Gaming Authority | Prima Networks Limited (C46476), a wholly owned subsidiary | Type 1 Gaming Service, MGA/CRP/926/2021 | Licensed (checked on the MGA register) |
| Gibraltar | Likely Oakwood Services Limited, a subsidiary (not confirmed) | Listed on the Licenses page; the 2024 filing says buying Oakwood needed Gibraltar Gambling Division consent | Company-listed; not checked on the register |
| Spain | Prima Networks group (2024 filing) | Listed on the Licenses page; the filing says the Prima Networks group holds gaming licences in Malta and Spain | Company-listed; not checked on the register |
| Sweden (Spelinspektionen) and Denmark (Spillemyndigheden) | Not stated | Listed on the Licenses page | Company-listed; not checked on the registers |
| US states | The group | Connecticut, Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia on the Licenses page; the first four also in the 2024 F-1/A | Company-listed and filing |
| Isle of Man GSC | Games Global Operations Limited | Licence valid 25 February 2022 to 31 December 2023 | "Surrendered" on the GSC register |
The former licence holders list of the Isle of Man’s Gambling Supervision Commission shows a licence for Games Global Operations Limited, valid from 25 February 2022 to 31 December 2023, with the status “Surrendered”. We found no published reason. The company still described itself as headquartered in the Isle of Man in its 2024 filing. Trade press also reported an approval from the UAE’s gaming regulator, the GCGRA, in March 2026.
| Market | What the company says | Source type |

How to Choose the Best Games Global Casinos
There’s no Games Global casino in the sense of a casino the company runs. A “Games Global casino” is any casino that carries its games, and with the company saying its content reaches more than 650 brands, there are plenty of Games Global online casinos to choose from. What separates a good one from a poor one has little to do with the games themselves:
- Licence: play at a casino licensed where you live, such as the UKGC in Great Britain, and check the licence on the regulator’s own register.
- RTP version: compare the RTP shown in the game with the commonly listed figure.
- Jackpot rules: on progressive games, read the game rules to see how the jackpot is triggered and whether the casino is on the shared network.
- Payouts: look for clear withdrawal times and limits, with no unusual caps on big wins.
- Safer-gambling tools: deposit limits, time-outs, reality checks and self-exclusion should be easy to find.
We don’t hand-pick a list of the best Games Global casinos. The Casinos with Games Global Games section at the bottom of this page is generated from our casino reviews, ranked by FAQsino Trust Score and tailored to the country you’re visiting from.
Games Global Casinos in the UK: Licence and Safer-Gambling Checks
In Great Britain, the casino sites that serve you need their own UK Gambling Commission licence, and you can look any operator up on the UKGC public register. The developer’s UKGC licence covers its games, but it doesn’t vouch for any individual casino. Check each casino’s own licence, payout terms and safer-gambling tools, and compare them across the Games Global casinos you shortlist.
Open Questions We Couldn't Settle
Honesty about the gaps matters as much as the facts. These points remain open after our research:
- Which RTP variants exist for each game (the filing confirms operators can choose between them, but publishes no figures).
- Which testing laboratories certify the games: we found no public list.
- The odds of hitting each jackpot tier on Mega Moolah, WowPot! or King Millions.
- Whether ownership has changed since May 2024.
- Why the Isle of Man licence was surrendered.
- The holder and number of the Gibraltar licence, and the other company-listed licences on each regulator’s own register.
- How microgaming.io relates to the 2022 sale.
- Mobile performance: we haven’t tested the games on mobile, so our mobile score is provisional.
- Any awards won in 2026, and other awards listed only on third-party sites.
Our Verdict on Games Global
Games Global owns one of the deepest back catalogues in online slots, adds new games at a steady pace through a large network of exclusive studios, and runs jackpot networks behind some of the biggest online slot wins on record. Its UKGC and MGA licences check out on the registers, and its 2024 SEC filing disclosed more about the business than most private suppliers ever publish.
The downsides are transparency and structure. There’s no official RTP list, even though casinos choose between RTP versions, so you have to check each game yourself; Mega Moolah’s base return is low; ownership runs through an Isle of Man trust; and the jackpots depend on a company outside the group. Our advice: enjoy the classics and the newer studios, check the RTP in the game, and treat jackpots as a long shot. For more studios, see our game developers hub.
