Relax Gaming is the Malta-based studio behind the Money Train series, Temple Tumble and the Dream Drop jackpot network. It is a B2B supplier: it builds games and runs an aggregation platform for casinos, but it does not take bets from players itself. Since 2024 it has been part of FDJ United, the French lottery group that took over its owner, Kindred.
Short answer: Relax Gaming slots are some of the best-known high-volatility games in regulated casinos, and the company is properly licensed in the UK and Malta. The weak spot is RTP: its game pages mostly show only a German 90% version and sometimes an “Alternative” 94% one, with a headline figure on very few titles, so you need to check the RTP inside the game at your casino.
This review covers who runs the company, how its own studio differs from the dozens of partner studios it distributes, the Money Train max-win ladder, the Relax Gaming RTP versions hidden in its game IDs, its licences, its 2026 regulatory record and how to choose a casino. Facts come from relax-gaming.com, the UK, Malta, Danish and Swedish registers, Kindred and FDJ releases, and named trade sources, checked on 18 October 2026. To go straight to casinos that carry Relax games, see the ranked list at the bottom of this page.
Relax Gaming at a glance (checked 18 October 2026)
Who Owns Relax Gaming? From Kindred to FDJ United
Relax Gaming was founded in 2010 by Patrik รsterรฅker and Jani Tekoniemi, according to its about page. Its first named office was in Tallinn, and the UK and Malta registers now give its head office as Tigne Point in Sliema, Malta. It also lists offices or studios in Malmรถ, Belgrade, Gibraltar, Stockholm and Novi Sad, and says it has more than 300 employees.
The ownership story has two steps. Kindred Group, the owner of Unibet, had been invested since 2013 and held 33.4% when it agreed on 2 July 2021 to buy the remaining 66.6%. The deal valued Relax’s equity at about โฌ295m and completed on 1 October 2021. Relax kept its own board and management, with รsterรฅker staying on as chairman.
Then Kindred itself changed hands. La Franรงaise des Jeux (FDJ) won its tender offer for Kindred in October 2024, and its accounts give 11 October 2024 as the completion date. FDJ renamed itself FDJ United in 2025, and its 2025 accounts describe Relax as the group’s B2B business. So today Relax is owned by FDJ United through Kindred.
That makes Relax both an independent supplier and an in-house one. FDJ’s October 2024 release (now on fdjunited.com) calls it Kindred’s in-house supplier and the exclusive provider of its poker and bingo. Relax’s own site still carries the 2021 Kindred deal announcement but does not name FDJ United as its owner; its 2026 Denmark release calls FDJ United a partner.

Relax Gaming CEO and Leadership
The Relax Gaming CEO is Martin Stรฅlros, appointed on 15 April 2024. He had been chief operating officer since 2015 and says the company grew from about 30 to 350 people in that time. He replaced Simon Hammon (CEO from July 2022), who followed Tommi Maijala (from November 2019) and Daniel Eskola (from April 2018). Co-founder รsterรฅker was CEO until March 2018 and remains chairman.
Other executives named in Relax releases include CFO Kirsten O’Neill (2024), Chief Product Officer Tony O’Mahony (2025) and Chief Commercial Officer Antonia Svensson (2025).
Relax Gaming Software: One Studio, Two Partner Programmes
Relax Gaming software is three businesses in one, and only one of them makes Relax games.
- Own games: the slots, bingo, poker and table games built by Relax’s own teams. This review rates these.
- Powered By Relax: established studios that plug into Relax’s game server or platform to reach its casino customers. Its page lists 58 partners, including Hacksaw Gaming (a partner since January 2019), Nolimit City, Playson, Big Time Gaming and Thunderkick.
- Silver Bullet: a programme for smaller studios, which Relax says gives them distribution, go-to-market help and compliance support on its own remote game server. Its page lists 13 studios, among them Kalamba, 4ThePlayer, Fantasma Games and ReelPlay.
Partner games keep their own brand and maths. A Hacksaw slot delivered through Relax is still a Hacksaw game, so check that studio’s review for its RTP habits. To clear up a common mix-up: we found no sign that Relax was ever bought by Hacksaw. The link is a distribution deal.
Relax Gaming Games: Slots, Jackpots, Bingo and Tables
We counted 175 game pages on Relax’s own-games list, of which 41 carry the Dream Drop jackpot, either as jackpot versions of existing games or as Dream Drop-only titles. Almost all are video slots. Our tally of its news page found about 23 new games announced in 2025 and 17 between January and early October 2026, so a new Relax Gaming slot arrives roughly every two to three weeks.
Recurring mechanics include:
- Megaways under licence: Temple Tumble and The Great Pigsby Megaways use Big Time Gaming’s mechanic, and Relax also licenses BTG’s Megaclusters and Megapays.
- Buy features where allowed: many games offer one, but Relax says Money Train 4’s buys apply only “in certain jurisdictions”, and it makes Money Cart versions for markets that restrict bonus buys.
- Bonus Reels (October 2025): an optional bet at 10x your stake with a 1-in-10 chance of entering a bonus. Relax says the RTP stays the same as the base game.
Dream Drop Jackpots and JPX
Dream Drop is Relax’s progressive network, launched with Temple Tumble 2 Dream Drop on 4 May 2022. Its product page describes a Mega jackpot of up to โฌ2 million and a Major jackpot, both of which must drop, plus a Daily jackpot that drops three times a day. In August 2026 Relax announced its 32nd Mega winner, worth โฌ1,775,531.98 on 5 Wild Buffalo Dream Drop, a 4ThePlayer game. That makes it a cross-studio network, not just a Relax feature.
Relax’s news releases give Dream Drop titles such as Snake Arena Dream Drop an RTP of 94%. In September 2026 Relax added JPX, a side-bet jackpot that operators can attach to any game, choosing its name, colours and RTP.
Relax Gaming Bingo Sites, Poker and Roulette
Relax launched bingo in 2015 with Kindred. Its bingo page lists HexaBingo (a three-player jackpot sit-and-go with a prize pool of up to 1,000x the buy-in), mini games, bingo clubs and several jackpot types. In 2020 it named six brands using it, including Unibet and Maria Casino, and FDJ says Relax supplies Kindred’s bingo exclusively. So most Relax Gaming bingo sites are FDJ United brands; Relax publishes no wider list.
Poker began in 2014 as a project for Kindred and powers Unibet Poker, with HexaPro jackpot sit-and-gos, tournaments and cash games.
If you searched for roulette Relax Gaming makes itself, there is one in-house RNG game, Roulette Nouveau (single-zero European, 37 pockets), alongside Blackjack Neo. Both first went live at Kindred brands in February 2018, and neither page publishes an RTP. Live dealer roulette under the Relax umbrella comes from partners such as Imagine Live, which joined in August 2026, not from Relax’s own studio.
Playing Relax Slots on Mobile
Relax says it has built mobile-first in HTML5 since 2018, and its game pages list both web and mobile versions, so games run in a phone browser without a download. We have not run device tests, so try a demo on your phone before depositing.
Money Train: The Series That Defines Relax Gaming Slots
Money Train is Relax’s flagship. Each game builds towards the bonus round known as the Money Cart, a respins round in which special symbols collect and boost the values on the reels. The table shows how the official max win climbed with each sequel, then dropped back with Money Train 5’s two-mode design.
| Game | Released | Format | Max win |
|---|---|---|---|
| Money Train | 6 Aug 2019 | 5x4, 40 fixed lines | 20,000x |
| Money Train 2 | 2 Sep 2020 | Extra column when a reel fills | 50,000x |
| Money Train 3 | 22 Sep 2022 | 40 fixed lines, four bonus buys | 100,000x |
| Money Train 4 | 20 Sep 2023 | Scatter pays, โฌ0.10โโฌ6 bet | 150,000x |
| Money Train 5 | 24 Sep 2026 | 5x4, 40 lines, Standard and Ultra modes | 50,000x Standard / 100,000x Ultra |
Money Train 2 and Money Train 3 Relax Gaming Classics
Money Train 2 (2 September 2020) adds an extra column when a reel fills, offers a buy feature where allowed and lifts the cap to 50,000x. The Money Train 2 Relax Gaming slot won Slot of the Year at the 2021 CasinoBeats Game Developer Awards, according to trade reports. Its page shows a German RTP of 90%.
Money Train 3 (22 September 2022) doubled the cap to 100,000x and, where allowed, offers four buys: a 100x bonus, a 2 Spin Bonus, a 1 Spin Bonus and a 500x Persistent bonus. The Money Train 3 Relax Gaming page lists a German build at 90% and an Alternative build at 94%.
Money Train 4 Relax Gaming: Not the Final Stop
Relax Gaming Money Train 4 launched globally on 20 September 2023 with the series’ highest cap, 150,000x your stake, and a bet range of โฌ0.10 to โฌ6 on Relax’s page. Relax promoted it as the train’s “final destination”, which is why several slot sites still call it the last game. It was not.
No Money Train record win is confirmed by Relax. One slot news site reported a 150,000x hit within days of Money Train 4’s release, but we could not verify it elsewhere. Looking for a Relax Gaming Money Train 4 demo? Every game review on FAQsino includes a free demo where the studio allows it; the demo section below explains how they work.
How the Money Cart Bonus Works
Relax’s Money Train 4 page lists a Respin feature, an Unlocker that reveals more rows, a Reset that refills the spin counter, an Upgrader that makes features persistent and an Arms Dealer that swaps Bonus symbols for features. Its Money Cart 2 page names four recurring characters: Payer, Collector, Sniper and Necromancer.
OLBG’s breakdown, which we have not tested in play, describes a round that starts with three spins and resets to three whenever a new symbol lands, so one late symbol can extend the round. It says a Collector gathers values from the grid, a Payer adds a multiplier to other symbols, a Sniper doubles other Bonus symbols and a Necromancer revives used ones.
Money Train 5: The Surprise Fifth Instalment
Relax revealed Money Train 5 in June 2026 and released it on 24 September 2026. Its game page describes a post-apocalyptic 5×4 grid with 40 paylines, a Nuclear Wild that can trigger on any spin, and two modes: Standard (bets up to โฌ20, max win 50,000x) and Ultra (bets up to โฌ10, max win 100,000x). The page lists four alternative game IDs ending in 94, 90, 92 (UK) and 86 (German), which points to several RTP versions.
Best Relax Gaming Slots Beyond Money Train
Looking for the Relax Gaming best slots beyond Money Train? We picked the titles that Relax’s launch material, trade press and casino lobbies name most often, then checked each against Relax’s own pages. Dates, max wins and RTP labels come from those pages and releases.
These are our picks for the best Relax Gaming online slots, not a ranking by RTP; browse our slots section for more.

Temple Tumble, Wild Yield and the Relax Gaming Beast Mode Slot
The Temple Tumble Relax Gaming slot brought Megaways into the catalogue in January 2019: a 6×6 grid of 46,656 ways where winning symbols tumble away. It started the Tumble series, which grew to include Temple Tumble 2 Dream Drop, TNT Tumble Dream Drop, Ancient Tumble and Treasure Tumble. Relax’s pages state no max win for the original, so check the paytable.
The Wild Yield Relax Gaming slot, from November 2022, is a 5×5 cascading game with Connected Ways, a 50,000x cap and a farm theme. Beast Mode (February 2022), made with the CasinoGrounds streaming community, offers 4,096-plus ways and up to 25,000x. Relax describes both as high volatility.
Conquer Babylon Relax Gaming Slot
Conquer Babylon (5 August 2025) uses a 6×8 grid with up to 262,144 ways and avalanches, a 15,000x max win and several buy options. Relax calls it high volatility, although one slot database lists it as medium. It was among the first games to get Bonus Reels in October 2025.

|---|---|---|
| Want the full Money Cart experience | Money Train 2 or 3 | The classic respins bonus, 50,000x and 100,000x caps |

| Want to choose your risk level | Money Train 5 | Standard and Ultra modes with different caps and bet limits |
| Prefer cascading ways | Temple Tumble or Wild Yield | Tumbling symbols; Wild Yield is high volatility |
| Want a jackpot on top of the slot | Any Dream Drop title | Must-drop Mega and Major jackpots, Daily drops |
| Care most about RTP | Book of 99 | Relax's own launch figure is 99% |

Relax Gaming Slots List: The Main Series
Looking for a full Relax Gaming slots list? Its own-games page is the complete catalogue, so we do not copy all 175 entries. Most Relax Gaming online slots belong to a handful of families:
- Money Train and Money Cart: the five numbered games, Money Train Origins Dream Drop, and Money Cart versions without bonus buys.
- Tumble: Temple Tumble, Temple Tumble 2 Dream Drop, TNT Tumble Dream Drop, Ancient Tumble and Treasure Tumble.
- Western trail games: Dead Man’s Trail and Dead Riders Trail (2022, 96.20% RTP and a 50,561x cap, per Relax).
- CasinoGrounds collaborations: Iron Bank, Iron Bank 2, Beast Mode and Beast Gains.
- Dream Drop titles, such as Snake Arena Dream Drop and Bonsai Dragon Blitz Dream Drop.
- Other regular names: Snake Arena, Hellcatraz (46,656 ways), Marching Legions (10,000x), Multiplier Odyssey and Mega Mine (both 50,000x), per Relax’s game pages.
Relax Gaming RTP: German 90%, Alternative 94% and the Missing Figure
RTP (return to player) is the share of all stakes a slot is designed to pay back over millions of spins. Relax Gaming’s game pages do something unusual. They rarely show the headline RTP of a game, but many of them show a “German RTP” of 90%, and some add an “Alternative RTP” of 94%. Snake Arena (96.25%) and Book of 99, whose description calls it a “99RTP” slot, are exceptions.
The game IDs tell you more. On pages where both appear, the German version’s ID ends in _90 (for example templetumble_90), so the number at the end of an ID appears to be the RTP. Money Train 5 lists IDs ending in 94, 90, 92 and 86, and Cloudforge has the same four plus an unsuffixed default build. Relax never states this rule; it is our reading of its own pages.
There is a tension here. In a June 2020 interview published on its site, Simon Hammon, then chief product officer and CEO from 2022, said “we do not endorse the practice of variable RTPs”. By 2021 he was telling trade press that regulation forces designers to plan variants of a game. Its current pages list several builds per game, so in practice the Relax Gaming slots RTP you get depends on the casino and the market.
| Game | On Relax's game page | Commonly listed top RTP (database) |
|---|---|---|
| Money Train 2 | German RTP 90% | 96.40% |
| Money Train 3 | German 90%, Alternative 94%, UK ID ending 92 | 96.10% |
| Money Train 4 | UK ID ending 92 only | 96.10% (96.50% with buy) |
| Money Train 5 | IDs ending 94, 90, 92 (UK), 86 (German) | 96.1% |
| Temple Tumble | German RTP 90%, UK ID ending 92 | 96.25% |
| Snake Arena | Headline 96.25% stated; German RTP 90% | 96.25% |
| Conquer Babylon | IDs ending 94 and 86 (German) | 96.10% |
| Book of 99 | No RTP field; description says "99RTP", launch news says 99% | 99% |
The database figures are third-party listings, not Relax statements, so treat them as the likely top setting rather than a promise. The gap matters: on ยฃ500 of total stakes, a 96% build is designed to return about ยฃ480 on average and a 90% build about ยฃ450. Over a single session, though, anything can happen, and the house keeps an edge on every version.
Relax Gaming Highest RTP
The Relax Gaming highest RTP that Relax itself has published is Book of 99 at 99%. Its launch release in May 2021 called it the first slot of its kind to offer such a return, with a max win of 5,000x. Some databases list higher figures for older or unconfirmed titles, which we have left out. At the other end, Relax’s releases give 94% for Dream Drop titles, its pages show German 90% builds, and some game IDs end in 86.
Other figures Relax has stated itself include 96.43% for Hex (March 2022 release), 96.16% for Blender Blitz (June 2022 release) and 96.25% for Snake Arena (its game page).
Relax Gaming RTP, Volatility and Max Wins
RTP decides how much you lose on average; volatility (also called variance) decides how bumpy the ride is. Relax describes many of its best-known games, including Wild Yield, Beast Mode, Iron Bank and Conquer Babylon, as high volatility.
A max win like 150,000x is a ceiling, not a target, and most players never see it. Every spin is independent, so a slot is never “due” a bonus. Pick a stake you can afford to lose, set a deposit limit before you start, and stop when the session budget is gone.
How to Check the RTP of a Relax Gaming Slot at Your Casino
-
Step 1
Open the Relax Gaming slot at the casino where you plan to play. The RTP build is set per casino and market, so a figure from another site may not apply.
-
Step 2
Before you spin, open the game menu and find the rules, help or paytable screen.
-
Step 3
Look for the stated return to player or theoretical RTP percentage in the rules.
-
Step 4
Compare it with the commonly listed top figure in our table, for example 96.10% for Money Train 4. A figure near 94%, 92%, 90% or 86% means a lower build. UK-facing casinos may show a lower figure than the one listed.
-
Step 5
If the figure is lower, or you cannot find one, ask customer support which version they run, or check the same game at another licensed casino.
UK Players: Stakes, Buy Features and RTP Builds
Since 9 April 2025 the Gambling Commission has capped online slot stakes at ยฃ5 per game cycle for adults aged 25 and over, and since 21 May 2025 at ยฃ2 for ages 18 to 24. Bet ranges on Relax’s pages, such as Money Train 5’s โฌ20 Standard-mode top bet, therefore do not apply in full to UK accounts.
One UK slot review site (OLBG) reports that Money Train 4’s buy feature is not offered to UK players and that most UK sites run a 94% build. Relax’s own page lists a UK game ID ending 92. We could not confirm which figure a given UK casino uses, so read the rules screen rather than assume.
Relax Gaming Demo and Free Play
A Relax Gaming demo uses play money: nothing you win has any cash value, and nothing can be withdrawn or moved to a real-money balance. Every game review on FAQsino includes a free demo where the studio allows it, so each Relax Gaming slot demo we host, and any Relax Gaming free play version, sits in our game reviews.
- There is no player “fun portal”. We found no Relax Gaming fun portal player website. Relax runs no player-facing fun portal; it is a B2B supplier, so play-money versions belong in our game reviews.
- Age checks apply at casinos. UK-licensed casinos must verify your age before you can play any free demo.
- The RTP may differ. A demo may run a different build from your casino’s real game.
- Demos predict nothing. A lucky run in play money says nothing about your next real-money spin.
Treat Relax Gaming online free demos as a way to learn how the Money Cart round works, not to judge your odds. If free play makes you want to chase real-money wins, our Responsible Gambling page lists tools and free support.
Licences and Regulators: What Relax Holds
Relax publishes its licences on a licence page, split across a Malta company, a Gibraltar company and a US company. We checked four of them (UK, Malta, Denmark and Sweden) on the regulators’ own registers. Where the UKGC register shows a newer licence number than Relax’s page, we use the register’s.
| Regulator | Licence | How we checked |
|---|---|---|
| UK Gambling Commission | Relax Gaming Limited 037462-R-319357-016 (casino, bingo, software); Relax Gaming (Gibraltar) Limited 057758-R-333247-003 | Register: both active, 0 regulatory actions |
| Malta Gaming Authority | MGA/B2B/246/2013, critical supply | Register: licensed |
| Spillemyndigheden (Denmark) | Game supplier licence | Listed on the regulator's supplier list |
| Spelinspektionen (Sweden) | Gambling software licence (23Si636 per company page) | Register: active, 1 Jul 2023 to 30 Jun 2028 |
| Gibraltar | Remote B2B licence no. 124 | Company page; HM Government of Gibraltar release, Oct 2020 |
| AGCO (Ontario) | Gaming-related supplier GRSM1236604 | Company page; AGCO 2026 release confirms registration |
| Pennsylvania, Greece, Romania, Peru | Supplier or manufacturer licences (Peru: a registration) | Company page |
Read our reviews of the UK Gambling Commission, the Malta Gaming Authority, Denmark’s Spillemyndigheden and the Swedish Gambling Authority to see what each licence means for players. In December 2023 Relax obtained a New Jersey transactional waiver under its US brand, RLX Gaming.
The licence page also says Relax “fully supports” Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Estonia, Latvia, Italy and Spain, but lists no licence for them. That is a statement of market support, not a licence, so we do not count it. Its footer shows an eCOGRA logo; we found no named test lab in its licence text.
Is Relax Gaming Safe? The 2026 Regulatory Record
The UK register lists no regulatory action against either Relax licence. Two 2026 matters still belong in any honest review.
Ontario fine. On 7 May 2026 the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario fined Relax Gaming Limited CAD 40,000. Its investigation found Relax games on unregulated gambling sites that Ontario players could reach, which the AGCO prohibits registered suppliers from doing. The AGCO said Relax cooperated fully and promptly restricted Ontario players’ access. Arrise Solutions, which runs Pragmatic Play, received the same fine in the same case.
Anjouan reporting. In February 2026, Le Monde and the Dutch site CasinoZorgplicht reported that Relax had obtained a B2B licence from Anjouan, in the Comoros, in November 2025.
They also reported that Anjouan-licensed casinos offering Relax software were reachable from France. FDJ United told Le Monde that Relax acts solely as a service provider to businesses, and told SBC News that it enforces a restricted-territories policy and switches off content found in those territories. We found no regulator ruling on the matter, and Anjouan does not appear on Relax’s licence page.
Awards and Recognition
Relax lists 2022 wins including SBC’s Casino/Slot Developer of the Year and EGR B2B’s Mobile Gaming Software Provider, and trade reports say Money Train 2 was CasinoBeats’ Slot of the Year in 2021. Relax’s December 2023 release adds 2023 wins: Product Launch of the Year for Dream Drop at the Global Gaming Awards, Skill Games Supplier at the EGR B2B Awards and Innovation in Mobile at the SBC Awards.
We found no award wins announced for 2024 to 2026. Its best recent result was third place for Ancient Tumble in Online Slot of the Year at the Global Gaming Awards EMEA 2025.
A studio's UK and Malta licences tell you its games were certified for those markets. They do not tell you which RTP build a casino runs, or whether that casino is licensed where you live. Check both before you play.
— FAQsino Slots & Studio DeskRelax Gaming Casinos: How to Choose One
There is no Relax Gaming casino run by the studio itself. The operator holds your money, picks the RTP build and handles withdrawals, so the best Relax Gaming online casino for you is decided by the operator, not the game. That holds whether you play Relax Gaming slots online on a laptop or a phone. Check these points before you sign up:
- A licence where you live. In the UK that means the UKGC. UK players are better protected on UKGC-licensed sites.
- The RTP build. Open two or three Relax slots and read the rules. A casino running the top build on Money Train gives back more over time than one running 90%.
- Payout and bonus terms. Clear withdrawal limits, timescales and verification rules. Free spins are often tied to named games, so check they cover Relax slots and read the wagering requirements; see our bonuses and free spins pages.
- Safer-gambling tools. Deposit limits, time-outs, reality checks and self-exclusion should be easy to find.
- Mobile. For the best mobile Relax Gaming casino, test the site on your phone with a demo before depositing.
Our List of Relax Gaming Online Casinos
Rather than hand-pick names, we list every reviewed casino that carries Relax games in the “Casinos with Relax Gaming Games” section at the bottom of this page. It is ranked by FAQsino Trust Score and geo-targeted, so you only see casinos relevant to where you are.
Relax Gaming Crypto and Pacanele Searches
Relax does not handle player payments and publishes no crypto policy. Its games do appear at some casinos that accept cryptocurrency: it announced a distribution deal with one such operator in 2020 and has reported a Dream Drop win at a crypto site. Check any casino’s licence before you play there.
“Pacanele” is Romanian for slot machines. Relax lists Romanian ONJN licences on its own page, so pacanele Relax Gaming games can be supplied to Romanian-licensed casinos, according to the company’s licence page.
How to Recognise a Relax Slot
- A Money Cart bonus: respins with collector and multiplier symbols, as in Money Train and Money Cart.
- “Dream Drop” in the title: a game linked to Relax’s jackpot network; Relax’s releases give these 94% RTP.
- “Tumble” names: the cascading series that began with Temple Tumble.
- CasinoGrounds collaborations: Iron Bank, Iron Bank 2, Beast Mode and Beast Gains.
- A Bonus Reels toggle on titles such as Conquer Babylon and Ancient Tumble since October 2025.

| Blueprint Gaming | Merkur Group | Every version listed |
| Playson | Not published | No |
| Betsoft | Not published | One RTP per game |
| Hacksaw Gaming | Hacksaw AB, listed in Stockholm | RTP versions on some pages |
| Nolimit City | Evolution, since 2022 | Main RTP on every page |
Relax, Blueprint Gaming and Nolimit City all have documented owners, while Playson and Betsoft do not name theirs. Relax stands out for running a large aggregation business alongside its own studio. On RTP it sits in the middle: it reveals that lower builds exist, which Playson does not, but it publishes less than Blueprint Gaming, which lists every version.
What We Could Not Verify
- Kindred’s exact stake. FDJ’s October 2024 release (now on fdjunited.com) says Kindred owns 93% of Relax, then adds “over 99%” at the end of June 2024. We found no later figure.
- Headline RTPs. Relax publishes almost none for its main slots (Snake Arena is an exception); database figures are unofficial, and the meaning of the ID numbers is our inference.
- Register entries for Gibraltar, Pennsylvania, Greece, Romania and Peru, and the licence numbers for Sweden and Ontario. We used Relax’s own page.
- Whether the Anjouan licence is still held.
- Any Money Train record win.
- Test labs beyond the eCOGRA logo in Relax’s footer.
Our Verdict on Relax Gaming
Relax Gaming has earned its place in regulated lobbies. Money Train is one of the most recognisable slot series in regulated casinos, Dream Drop gives its slots a genuine jackpot layer, and the company holds UK and Malta licences under a well-documented owner.
Two things hold it back. Its RTP information is partial, with German and alternative builds shown but rarely the headline figure, and its 2026 Ontario fine shows that its games have reached unregulated sites. Learn the Money Cart in a demo, check the RTP in the rules at your casino, and set a deposit limit before you play Relax Gaming slots for real money.
