Flexepin is a prepaid cash voucher: you buy a 16-digit PIN from a shop or an online reseller, then type it into a merchant’s payment page to top up an account. At a Flexepin casino, that means funding your balance without handing over card or bank details. This Flexepin review explains how the voucher works for casino players, how to choose among casinos that accept Flexepin, what it costs and where it is sold.

Short answer: it is a quick, private way to deposit, mainly sold in Canada and Australia, though Australian law bans online casinos. It is deposit-only, so winnings must leave by another method. Euro vouchers cannot be used on merchant websites at all, and each voucher has a use-by date, after which a monthly charge eats into the value.

Sources: Flexepin’s official website, its FAQ and terms, ASIC licence data and the UK FCA Register, checked on 20 October 2026. Adults 18+ only.

Treat the PIN exactly like cash. Anyone holding the 16 digits can spend the value, the payment cannot be reversed, and the company says it will never ask for your full PIN: its support team asks only for the serial number.

What Is Flexepin? A Prepaid Voucher, Not a Wallet

A Flexepin voucher is a single-use code with a fixed value, sold through retailers and online shops. You do not open a wallet or link a bank account: you pay for the voucher, receive the PIN in store or by email, and redeem it on a website that accepts it. The terms describe a cash top-up voucher, not a credit card, debit card or bank account, and the value earns no interest.

A Flexepin payment is all or nothing. Once a merchant validates the PIN and amount, the voucher is used up: it cannot be reused, topped up or reloaded, and transactions cannot be reversed. Under the Europe & UK terms the whole value must go in one transaction, with any shortfall forfeited. The Australian terms likewise treat a validated code as used up: it cannot be used again.

Only non-euro Flexepin vouchers work on merchant sites, a point we return to below.

Who Is Behind Flexepin and Who Regulates It

The voucher is operated by Flexewallet Pty Ltd of Melbourne, a subsidiary of the ASX-listed Novatti Group (ticker NOV). In the Australian terms dated 3 March 2026, Flexewallet says it holds Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) 448066 and is regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). ASIC’s licence data shows the licence granted on 18 February 2014, and Novatti’s 2016 annual report records the product’s launch in Australia, with over 4,000 retailers at the start, and then in Canada.

Outside Australia the picture is thinner. On the FCA Register, checked on 20 October 2026, Flexe Payments Ltd (FRN 900631) has been a former e-money agent since 19 February 2024, and the Maltese Flexe Payments (MLT) Ltd (FRN 902052) since 31 December 2020. Neither is currently an FCA-registered agent, so the product should not be called FCA regulated. Since 25 March 2024, ASIC’s register has listed the UK company as an authorised representative (AR 001308751) of the Australian licence, which is not UK authorisation.

The Europe & UK terms call the voucher a closed-loop product that can only be used at Flexe Payments, and say no deposit guarantee or other compensation scheme covers it. Complaints go to support, then the compliance manager, and after eight weeks to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), under Australian law.

Flexepin Casino Deposits: How They Work

The deposit itself is the easy part. In the cashier you pick the voucher option, enter the 16-digit PIN and confirm. The official homepage says transactions are instant, so the money normally shows in your balance straight away. On a phone, Canadian codes arrive by email only, so you can copy the PIN into a mobile casino cashier. The casino never sees your bank account or card, because it only checks a voucher code.

That does not make you anonymous. Licensed casinos must check your age and identity (KYC) whatever you pay with, and casino guide Next.io notes that ID and source-of-funds checks can still apply. The FAQ adds that some websites may not accept vouchers depending on what they sell. Minimum deposits are set by each casino; Next.io reports C$10 at the Canadian casinos it names.

Need more than one Flexepin voucher? Each PIN is redeemed in full, and whether a casino accepts several PINs in one deposit is its own rule, so ask before you buy.

How to Deposit at a Casino with Flexepin

Tools: Licensed casino account, Non-euro voucher, 16-digit PIN
  1. Step 1

Check that the casino is licensed and legal where you live and lists the voucher in its cashier. Note the minimum deposit, your payout method and whether your bonus accepts voucher deposits.

  2. Step 2

Buy a non-euro voucher from an authorised seller for the amount you want to deposit, because it is redeemed in full.

  3. Step 3

In the cashier, choose the voucher option and type the 16-digit PIN only on the casino's secure (https) payment page.

  4. Step 4

Confirm the payment. Keep the receipt and serial number until the deposit appears in your balance.

  5. Step 5

Set a deposit limit in your casino account before you start playing.

Deposits vs Withdrawals: The Flexepin Casino Reality Check

Here is the catch. The voucher is a one-way top-up: once redeemed, a PIN has zero value and cannot be reloaded, and nothing on the official site describes a way to receive money. A casino therefore cannot pay winnings back to it. Refunds exist only for unused vouchers, and the Europe & UK terms pay them only to a bank account.

Casinos that accept Flexepin still need another route for your winnings, so find out how the casino will pay you before you deposit. Next.io names bank transfer, e-wallets and Interac as typical routes at Canadian casinos. Expect identity checks and a pending period before the first payout. Routes worth checking in the cashier include bank transfer and e-wallets such as Skrill and Neteller; our fast withdrawals guide covers the casino side.

Bonus terms need a closer look than the headline offer. Casino guides report that some operators exclude prepaid vouchers from welcome and deposit bonuses, so search the terms for “prepaid”, “voucher” and “alternative payment” before you use a Flexepin PIN, or see our bonuses and free spins guide.

Casinos That Accept Flexepin: How to Choose a Licensed One

Searches for Flexepin casinos, top Flexepin online casinos or top online casinos that accept Flexepin mostly lead to affiliate lists, and many of those lean on offshore brands while treating every licence as equal. We name no casinos here. So who accepts Flexepin? Each casino decides, and the official Merchant Website Lookup is the place to check a specific site. Whichever site you consider, check:

  • A licence where you live, verified on the regulator’s own register, in a country that licenses online casinos.
  • Deposits and withdrawals: the voucher only covers deposits, so confirm a payout method you can use.
  • Fees, limits and payout times in the cashier and terms.
  • Bonus terms, since some offers exclude certain methods.
  • Safer-gambling tools such as deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion.

The “Top 5 Casinos Accepting Flexepin” panel directly below this guide ranks casinos by FAQsino Trust Score and adapts to the country you visit from. For full assessments, browse our casino reviews.

Casino med Flexepin and Offshore Sites

“Casino med Flexepin” is how Scandinavian players search for a casino with the voucher. In Sweden, legal online casinos are licensed by Spelinspektionen; the official currency list includes no Swedish, Danish or Norwegian currency. If a site takes vouchers from players in these countries, check its licence: an offshore one, for example from Curaçao, usually means less local protection and no local regulator to complain to. Choose a casino licensed in your own country where one exists.

Where to Buy Flexepin: Stores, Online Resellers and Locations

Where to buy Flexepin depends on your country. In Canada, the official store locator says you can buy it in store across the country, and online orders can be paid in person at Canada Post with cash or debit, for C$10 to C$500 including fees. First-time online buyers register through TopMeUp, which can take a business day and may need photo ID; codes arrive by email only.

To buy Flexepin online elsewhere, the official site lists third-party resellers such as Dundle, Recharge.com, Eneba and Gamecardsdirect, with storefronts for seven euro countries. We repeat that list as published, not as recommendations; buying direct needs registration and approval first.

When you buy a Flexepin voucher code, stick to sellers on that list. The Europe & UK terms say vouchers from non-approved distributors are not covered, and holding more than five can lead to temporary invalidation. For Flexepin locations in Australia we found no shop list; the Australian terms allow up to ten codes of up to A$500 each, with lower daily limits possible. NZ$ vouchers are sold through listed online resellers.

Flexepin 10 Euro Vouchers: Why They Will Not Fund a Casino

Euro vouchers are on sale through resellers, so searches for a Flexepin 10 euro voucher are common. But the official FAQ is blunt: a euro voucher “is not usable on a merchant website and is not a payment product”. It can only be used with the issuer itself, to buy a merchant-specific closed-loop voucher. We found no official list of the merchants those cover, so do not buy one expecting to deposit it at a casino.

Buy Flexepin with a Credit Card, Bitcoin or Crypto?

Can you buy Flexepin with credit card payment? At some resellers, yes: several sellers on the official list show Visa and Mastercard among their payment options, while Canada Post takes cash or debit. Resellers set their own prices.

To buy a Flexepin gift card with bitcoin, or with other crypto, you would need a seller that takes cryptocurrency, and none of the resellers on the official page lists crypto. Some third-party gift-card shops advertise it, but they sit outside that list, and unapproved sellers’ vouchers are not covered. FAQsino does not give financial advice; crypto is volatile and high-risk.

Flexepin Fees, Limits and Expiry

The official pages list no fee for redeeming a Flexepin voucher, and the 2015 Australian disclosure statement shows no other consumer fees for normal use. The costs arrive at the edges: buying in Canada, missing the use-by date or asking for a refund. Figures below were checked on 20 October 2026; the terms with your voucher decide.

The use-by date matters most. After it, the Australian terms deduct A$4 a month. The Europe & UK terms set it at 12 months from purchase and list a €2.50 monthly fee afterwards (the summary also quotes GBP 3.00). Both sets of terms let you avoid that charge by asking for a free replacement code for the voucher’s value on or before its use-by date.

Refunds cover unused vouchers only. Within the 14-day cooling-off period you get your money back in full; after that a fee can apply (A$30 under the Australian terms, €18 under the Europe & UK terms). You need a Consumer Refund Application Form, ID, proof of address and the receipt, and the FAQ and Australian terms accept requests up to one year after the use-by date (the Europe & UK terms allow longer).

Worked Example: What a Deposit Really Costs

In Canada, a C$500 voucher carries a $15.95 convenience fee, about 3.2% on top of the deposit. A C$20 voucher carries $1.95, nearly 10%. The FAQ lists every Canadian tier: $3.95 on C$50, $4.95 on C$100, $5.95 on C$150, $7.95 on C$250 and $11.95 on C$300. Small vouchers cost the most proportionally, but C$250 is as cheap as C$500 (about 3.2%), while C$300 costs about 4%. Larger vouchers also lock more money into a code you must spend in one go.

Flexepin to PayPal, Cash or Bitcoin: What Is Possible

Flexepin to PayPal: no. The official Protect Your Money page lists PayPal among the unauthorised sites where vouchers must not be used, and names [email protected] as a scam sender. So the honest answer to the Flexepin PayPal question is that you cannot load a voucher into PayPal. Paying for a voucher with PayPal at a reseller is a different thing. Our PayPal review covers PayPal at casinos.

Flexepin to cash: the official site offers no cash-out. The only way back to money is a refund of an unused voucher to your bank account, minus any fee.

Flexepin to bitcoin: the official site offers no crypto and names no exchange. A 2017 Novatti release, as reported by SmallCaps, said the voucher had become a major way for Canadians to buy bitcoin; whether an exchange accepts it today is up to that exchange. If you buy crypto with Flexepin, check the merchant with the official lookup first. This is not financial advice, and crypto is high-risk. Any “converter” asking for your PIN fits the fraud pattern the company warns about.

Is Flexepin Safe? Scams and How to Protect Your PIN

Is Flexepin safe? The product is legitimate: the issuer is regulated by ASIC within a listed group, and paying with Flexepin keeps your card and bank details away from the merchant. The risks come from how it works. A PIN is like cash, payments cannot be reversed, there are no chargebacks, and although lost or stolen vouchers are normally replaced if you can prove purchase, the issuer can refuse, for example if it suspects fraud.

The official guidance is the best defence:

  • Never share the PIN by phone, email, scan or message; any request for all or part of it signals a scam.
  • Support asks only for the serial number, and genuine emails come from [email protected]; the page also lists spoofed sender addresses as scams.
  • Never use a voucher to pay a fine, deposit or advance fee.
  • Enter the PIN only on a secure page of an authorised merchant, and check new sites with the Merchant Website Lookup.
  • Do not use vouchers on PayPal, eBay, Facebook, Gumtree or Kijiji, all listed as unauthorised.

Report a lost or stolen voucher straight away; under the Europe & UK terms, freezing it can take up to one business day. Reviews are thin: on 20 October 2026 Trustpilot showed 2.0 out of 5 from just 19 reviews, with complaints including unredeemable vouchers, uncredited payments and slow support.

Flexepin Account, Login, App and Balance Check

There is no wallet, so a Flexepin account does not hold money. The Flexepin login on the official site (email and password) is for registering and activating vouchers and managing a profile. Canadian buyers use a separate TopMeUp account to order codes.

We found no Flexepin app, so be wary of any app using the name. For a Flexepin balance check, the site has a Check Balance page, and the Europe & UK terms say balances can be checked online free of charge, but the page gave no step-by-step instructions.

Why Your Voucher Deposit Failed: Quick Fixes

Most failed Flexepin deposits have a short list of causes. Ask the casino about cashier errors, and contact the issuer, quoting only the serial number, about voucher problems.

Gambling Blocks and Spending Controls with Vouchers

A Flexepin voucher has one built-in control: you cannot spend more than you loaded, so a fixed cash budget is easy to keep. But we found no gambling block from the issuer itself, and its terms contain no gambling-specific rules.

Bank gambling blocks act on payments made to gambling merchants. When you buy a voucher you pay a shop or reseller, so a block on your bank card may not stop that purchase. If you rely on a bank block, be aware of that gap.

The strongest tools sit at the casino: deposit, loss and session limits, time-outs and self-exclusion. Set them before you play and join your country’s self-exclusion scheme if you need a break. Our responsible gambling guide lists tools and support services.

Free, confidential help is available. In Australia, the National Gambling Helpline (1800 858 858) answers 24/7, and BetStop lets you exclude yourself from all Australian-licensed online and phone wagering services. In Ontario, ConnexOntario offers a free 24/7 line on 1-866-531-2600, or text CONNEX to 247247.

Flexepin vs Neosurf and Other Ways to Pay

The closest rival is Neosurf, another prepaid voucher used for casino deposits. The table compares both on each company’s own terms, checked on 20 October 2026. If you want one method for deposits and withdrawals, an e-wallet or bank transfer usually fits better. See every voucher in our prepaid voucher category or the payment methods hub.

What We Could Not Verify

  • An official country list. The homepage says “available globally” but publishes none; third-party figures such as “46 countries” are unsupported.
  • A full denomination list beyond Canada (C$20 to C$500, seven values) and Australia (up to A$500).
  • UK availability. GBP is still listed; only a reseller says UK sales stopped in March 2024.
  • An app, balance-check steps or a Canadian regulator registration: we found none in the sources we checked.
  • Which casinos and exchanges accept it today. Use the Merchant Website Lookup.

Our Verdict on Casinos That Accept Flexepin

Flexepin does one job well: it funds a casino balance with cash and no bank details. The issuer holds an Australian licence, and its anti-scam advice is clear and useful.

It suits you if:

  • you want a fixed budget you cannot overspend;
  • you can buy non-euro vouchers where you live;
  • you already have a payout method for winnings.

Look elsewhere if:

  • you want one method for deposits and withdrawals;
  • you can only get euro vouchers, which do not work at casinos;
  • you are in the UK and cannot confirm availability;
  • you might forget a code, since use-by charges and refund fees apply.

Use it only for deposits at a Flexepin casino that is licensed and legal where you live, and set up a withdrawal method before you start.

FAQ

What is Flexepin and how does it work?

It is a prepaid, single-use voucher with a 16-digit PIN, issued by Flexewallet Pty Ltd, a Novatti Group subsidiary. You buy it from a shop or an approved online reseller, then enter the PIN on a merchant's payment page to top up an account. Once redeemed, the voucher has zero value. It is not a wallet, card or bank account, and it cannot be reloaded.

Is Flexepin safe to use at online casinos?

The product is legitimate and keeps your card and bank details away from the casino. The issuer holds AFSL 448066 and is regulated by ASIC in Australia. The risks are practical: a PIN works like cash, payments cannot be reversed and there are no chargebacks. Never share the PIN, use it only on a licensed casino's secure cashier page, and keep your receipt and serial number.

Can I withdraw casino winnings to Flexepin?

No. The voucher is a one-way top-up: once redeemed it has zero value, and the official site describes no way to receive money. Casinos pay winnings by another method they support, such as a bank transfer or an e-wallet. Check the casino's withdrawal options and verify your identity before you make your first voucher deposit.

Can I use Flexepin on PayPal or move it to PayPal?

No. The official Protect Your Money page lists PayPal among the unauthorised sites where vouchers must not be used, and it names [email protected] as a scam sender. You cannot load a voucher into a PayPal account or transfer its value there. Some resellers let you pay for a voucher with PayPal, but that is a purchase, not a conversion.

Can I turn a voucher into cash?

Not directly. The official site offers no cash-out. If a voucher is unused, you can apply for a refund with a Consumer Refund Application Form, ID, proof of address and the receipt. Refunds are free within the 14-day cooling-off period; afterwards a fee can apply (A$30 under the Australian terms, €18 under the Europe and UK terms). A redeemed voucher cannot be refunded.

Where can I buy Flexepin?

In Canada, in stores across the country (see the official store locator) or online through TopMeUp, payable at Canada Post with cash or debit. Elsewhere, the official website lists approved online resellers, including storefronts for seven euro countries. Buy only from sellers on that list, because the terms say vouchers from non-approved distributors are not covered.

Does a 10 euro Flexepin voucher work at casinos?

No. The official FAQ says euro-denominated vouchers cannot be used on merchant websites and are not a payment product. They are closed-loop and can only be used with the issuer itself to buy a merchant-specific closed-loop voucher. We found no official list of which merchants those cover, so a euro voucher will not fund a casino account directly.

Can I buy Flexepin with a credit card or crypto?

Several resellers on the official list accept Visa and Mastercard, so buying with a credit card is possible there. None of the resellers on that list mentions crypto or bitcoin. Some unlisted gift-card shops advertise crypto payments, but vouchers from non-approved sellers are not covered by the terms. This is not financial advice, and crypto is high-risk.

Are there fees, and do vouchers expire?

No redemption fee is listed. In Canada a convenience fee of $1.95 to $15.95 applies when you buy. Every voucher has a use-by date; after it, the Australian terms deduct A$4 a month and the Europe and UK terms list a monthly fee too. Refunds after the cooling-off period can cost A$30 or €18. Figures checked 20 October 2026.

Is there a Flexepin app, account or balance check?

We found no app on the official site. The website has a login (email and password) to register and activate vouchers and manage a profile, and Canadian buyers use a TopMeUp account to order codes. A Check Balance page exists and the terms say balance checks are free, but the page we read gave no step-by-step instructions.

Is Flexepin available in the UK?

It is uncertain. The official FAQ still lists GBP vouchers and there are Europe and UK terms, but reseller Dundle says GBP vouchers could no longer be bought or used in the UK from March 2024, which the company has not confirmed. The UK entity has been a former FCA e-money agent since February 2024. Check with the seller before buying.

Who accepts Flexepin, and which casinos take it?

There is no official list of casinos that take Flexepin, so each casino decides. Check the cashier of a casino licensed and legal in your own country, or use the official Merchant Website Lookup for a specific site. Confirm how the casino pays out, because winnings cannot go back to a voucher, and read the bonus terms. Our Top 5 panel ranks casinos by FAQsino Trust Score and adapts to your country.
